On the 9th of November, 2021, Mr. Affendi and Mr. Yow gave us another task and that is to give our story of the shoe to our partner. It was to do so because they wanted us to have a little experience on the Script writer and Director role. Mr. Yow gave us a script analysis to let us try so that we could break down the story easily.
My partner's name is Syamil and I will be making a video based on his story of the shoe. I think this method is a great way to improve friendship and most importantly improve communication with each other. The director and Script writer has to work together to create a film or video based on the story that is created. This is to create understanding and make sure that the film or video is shown exactly what the director or script writer envisioned.
Mr. Yow's script analysis, which he shared with everyone, assisted me in breaking down each scene and determining what it meant. It allows me to visualise each scene more clearly and provides me with ideas for making my video look better. I also had some difficulties because I wasn't used to analysing what I imagined and had a difficult time expressing my imagination in this script. However, I was able to complete it, and it was a valuable experience in which I was able to develop and strengthen my analytical skills.
